1. Shipping Areas
- Currently serving all major Indian cities via trusted courier partners.
- International shipping: Unavailable at this time.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays & public holidays).
- Custom/bulk orders may require 3–5 business days before dispatch.
3. Delivery Timelines
- Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days (varies by location).
- Express Delivery: 2–4 business days (additional charges apply).
- Remote areas may experience 1–3 days delay.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹499 (India only).
- Flat ₹50 to ₹150 shipping fee for orders below ₹499 (based on weight/pincode).
5. Tracking Your Order
- A tracking number will be shared via SMS/email once dispatched.
- You may track the status of your order by following the instructions shared in your shipping confirmation emaill.
6. Undelivered/Failed Deliveries
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, 2 reattempts will be made.
- After 3 attempts, the order will be returned, and a partial refund (excluding shipping) will be issued.
7. Special Instructions
- Provide a landmark or alternate contact number for smoother delivery.
- Perishable items are shipped with ice packs (if applicable) during summer.
